Keith Beneby is a Professional Civil Engineer employed at the Bahamas water and Sewerage Corporation. He has studied at the College of the Bahamas and abroad. Keith has worked for the Corporation for some twenty five years and currently holds the position of Senior Engineer within the Family Islands Division.
Moreover, he is an Evangelist serving at the Highbury Park Church of Christ on the island of New Providence. He has been serving in this capacity for over nineteen years and calls men and women to God’s standard and to a life lived for Him.
Keith believes that apart from God we can do nothing and life is a gift from God. Every day brings with it an opportunity to have a restored, renewed, strengthened and fulfilling relationship with God.
Keith enjoys construction, reading, walking and observing God’s wonderful creation which confirms his awesome power.
In the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica where he was born, Lancelot began his work as an evangelist 34 years ago. He graduated from the Brown Trail School of Preaching, Texas, in 1980 and since that time has been a passionate gospel preacher. Lancelot enjoys academia. He completed two Bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and Mass Communications - Radio and Television, at Kansas State University before moving to Massachusetts where he completed a Masters degree in Theological Studies (MTS) and an advanced Masters degree in Systematic theology (STM). Theology, philosophy and ethics have been his areas of academic interest and research, and he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Divinity degree in Transformational Leadership at Boston University. He has served as full-time minister to churches in Jamaica and the U.S. and has preached and conducted gospel meetings and leadership seminars in Ireland, Russia, Nigeria, Barbados, Cuba, Grenada, and other Caribbean countries.
His latest assignment, since August 2014, is with the Patchogue Church of Christ on Long Island NY, serving with his wife of 38 years, Dr. Paulette Watson.
Emmanuel Charles is 53 years old and is a former Pentecostal pastor who was converted to the Lord in 1996 in Orlando, Florida. One year later, he attended the Florida School of Preaching in Lakeland and graduated in May, 1999. Since then, he has been preaching for the French St-Martin Church of Christ and is the speaker for the congregation’s radio and TV programs entitled: LET THE BIBLE SPEAK. He is a French speaking preacher who preaches in the English language.
Bro. Emmanuel and his wife of 28 years, Desgrace, have been blessed with 4 children (2 boys and 2 girls).
Albert E. Isaac is a native of Antigua and is living in Anguilla consistently from 1994. He is the minister for the Blowing Point Church of Christ where he tends and feeds the flock of God. He is a graduate of the Trinidad school of Preaching under the tutelage of Mr. Parker Henderson and Mr. James Huggins.
Neriah LeBlanc was born on the island of the Commonwealth of Dominica (West Indies). He is married to Deon E. Dowers LeBlanc. Together they have two wonderful sons: Josiah and Caleb.
Neriah was baptized into Christ in September 1999 by Joseph P LeBlanc, the Minister to the Massacre Church of Christ. It was at this congregation he preached his first sermon.
He attended and graduated from the Trinidad School of Preaching and Teaching, in Trinidad with a Diploma in Biblical Studies. There he received his initial training in the fundamentals of the Christian faith. He has also completed his Bachelors in Theology at The Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver, Colorado. He is presently pursuing his Masters in Theology.
All together Neriah has been preaching over twelve years. He has served as the Youth Minister and Associate Minister at the Checkhall Massacre church of Christ on the island of Dominica. He has also served as the Minister to the church of Christ at Duffs Bottom on Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Currently, he serves at the West Bay Church of Christ in Grand Cayman.
Neriah is a dynamic and scripturally sound gospel preacher. He is able to articulate with simplicity the word of God, and provide an everyday practical application for Christian living.
Bro. Martin Royer is originally from the island of Dominica. He is a graduate of the Jamaica School of Preaching & Biblical Studies, and his preaching career has now spanned 28 years. Royer has spoken in a wide range of Gospel crusades, revival meetings, and lectureships.
Currently, he is the minister for the Georgetown Church of Christ in Grand Cayman. As a part of his ministry in the Cayman Islands, Bro. Royer has been the main speaker for radio program "Give Me the Bible" for the last 14 years. Previously, he filled a similar role on the "Let the Bible Speak" broadcast in Dominica for 10 years.
Bro. Royer and his wife, Carol, have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of one child, Rhon.
Dr. Clifton L. Ganus, Jr. who is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, has been a faithful attendee and speaker at the Annual Caribbean Lectureship for over 30 years. He has a long and rich history with Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where he was a student, professor, administrator and president. In addition, he was the university’s first ever chancellor and is presently Chancellor Emeritus.
On May 27, 1943, the same day he married his college sweetheart, Louise Nicholas, Bro. Ganus received a bachelor’s degree in Bible from Harding. He later earned his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Tulane University. Bro. Ganus has served as an elder at College Church of Christ in Searcy, Arkansas, since 1965 and travels annually to Uganda, Africa where he helped to establish a Christian high school in addition to working with the church there.
He and Louise have three children – Clifton III, Debbie Duke and Charles -- 10 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren.
Brother Elton Terry who is a native Antiguan became a Christian in 1982. After completing his studies at the Jamaica School of Preaching & Biblical Studies in 1990, he attended the Jamaica Theological Seminary for another two years. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas (USA) with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Bible and Ministry. Bro. Terry is also a 2013 recipient of the Lewis Scholarship which is awarded in honor of Dr. Jack P. Lewis by the Harding School of Theology in Memphis, Tennessee (USA) where he is currently pursuing graduate studies.
Bro. Terry is a gifted preacher, a capable writer, and an excellent teacher with over 20 years’ experience in both church and secular environments. He worked with the Mona Heights and St. Andrew congregations in Jamaica before starting his ministry with the St. Thomas Church of Christ in the U.S. Virgin Islands where he now serves as the Pulpit/Education Minister.
Bro. Terry is married to Sophia since July, 2012.
Brother Michael A.T. Stewart is a member of the church of Christ at Mt. Pleasant Tobago. He has been a Christian for 39 years. He speaks in family life workshops throughout the Caribbean.
Bro. Stewart is married for 29 years and is the father of three sons and one daughter.
Brother Stewart is qualified Communication Consultant and a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona Jamaica. He is a certified Mediator, Licensed Marriage Officer, and counsellor, Certified Speaker, Teacher and Trainer John Maxwell Team and was personally trained by international motivational speaker Les Brown. He is the author of six books, a motivational speaker, and a media personality.
Bro. Stewart has been conducting personal development workshops for the Annual Caribbean Lectureship for over seven years. He niche subjects are men's issues, family life, marital relationships and personal development.
A native of the island of Dominica,Clancy Etienne has been sharing the gospel for 38 years. He served as an Evangelist in St. Thomas, the United States Virgin Islands and South Carolina. He recently returned to the US Virgin Islands and is currently the Evangelist at the West Side Church of Christ in St. Croix, VI. Clancy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies, as well as Master's and Doctorate Degrees in Ministry. He is also working on a PhD in Church History.
Clancy is married to Anestine and they are blessed with two sons, Kemuel and Jotham. A lover of the arts, he is a published songwriter and has also done some movie acting.
Jimmie Whaley, Jr., is from Moncks Corner, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Southwestern Christian College, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Religious Education. Jimmie has been preaching the gospel for 16 years and is presently Associate Minister, Bible School Education Director and an Evangelism Team Member in the Sunset Boulevard Church of Christ in West Columbia South Carolina. For 6 years Jimmie worked in various capacities with the Richland County School District and is currently Intervention Specialist and Case Manager with the Midlands Fatherhood Coalition. Jimmie has served as a MISSIONS worker in Jamaica's Churches of Christ. An effective gospel preacher, he is an excellent orator who often serves as lecturer and presenter for Bible Study, Christian Singles, College Students and various other groups.
Thaddeus Bruno was born, raised, and converted to Christ on the island of Dominica. He graduated from the Trinidad School of Preaching and Teaching, in 1982, received (through evaluation) a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Theological University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1987, and is currently writing a thesis for a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock, Texas.
Thaddeus has served as full time minister to churches in Dominica before moving to the US Virgin Islands, where he served the St. Thomas Church of Christ as Evangelist for nineteen years and Outreach Minister for five years. He is currently the Minister for the Church of Christ at West End in Bermuda. He has conducted gospel meetings and leadership workshops in nearly all the islands of the Caribbean. He has also spoken at meetings in Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, New York, Georgia and Florida, as well as in Edmonton Canada, Birmingham England and Chiemsee Germany. He has been a radio speaker and has held three public debates with denominational preachers.
He has been married to Elaine for thirty years and is a published singer and songwriter.
During his career, Dr. Reinsch has taught communication, business, and leadership at several universities. He has also served in a variety of administrative posts including department chair and associate dean. Lamar recently stepped down from the role of Academic Director for Georgetown’s graduate degree in Leadership, and he is in the process of retiring from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University.
Dr. Reinsch and his wife Janet have been active in Churches of Christ since their marriage in 1969. They currently worship with the Arlington, Virginia, Church of Christ, where Lamar serves as one of the elders and where Janet served for many years as church librarian. They have two sons and one daughter-in-law.
Sister Verlie Poitier has been the secretary of the Highbury Park Church of Christ for the past fifteen years. In 2003, she initiated the ‘kids program’ at the Caribbean Lectureship held in the Nassau, Bahamas. This came naturally for her as she once owned and operated, 'H!PELCC Pre-School'. Ever since that time, Sister Verlie has continued to take charge of this vital program at the lectureship.
Dr. Philena Myers is a member of the Church of Christ at Warrington Greene, Pennsylvania. She is the wife of Bro. George E. Myers, III, who serves as the minister of the congregation. The Myers' will celebrate their 44th wedding anniversary this December. They have one son, Jason.
Sis. Philena enjoys reading, gardening, writing and attending bible studies. She has conducted various ladies' workshops throughout the tri-state area and has served as the keynote speaker for ladies' programs for the Church for many years and is the editor of "Manna from the Greene" an outreach newsletter.
Professionally, Sister Myers holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership. She also holds a Master of Science Reading Specialist degree. Her concentration of study at the graduate level was literacy learning of African American students. In addition to her graduate degree accomplishments, Dr. Myers holds two undergraduate degrees one in business and one in education, along with several professional certifications. Currently she serves as an educator in Pennsylvania's public school system and as an adjunct professor at a local university.
Deon is a powerful woman of God with grace and commitment. She serves alongside her husband, Neriah LeBlanc, who is the Ministering Evangelist to the West Bay Church of Christ, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. She is also a mother of two boys, Josiah and Caleb.
Deon received her ministry training from the Trinidad School of Preaching and Teaching and the Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver, CO. She is also a graduate of the Colorado Technical University. Deon is passionate about women gaining Biblical knowledge in preparing themselves to fulfill their God-given Ministry in the home, church, on the job and in community. She is faithfully active in the Women’s Ministry of the West Bay Church of Christ.
Sis. Michelle Dominique was born on the island of Dominica and relocated to the island of St. Thomas at the age of 13, where she has been residing ever since. She became a member of the Lord’s church at the tender age of 12 and is an active member of the St. Thomas Church of Christ. Sis. Dominique serves on the benevolence, public relations and evangelism ministries among others, and is one of the main organizers of the Annual Ladies Retreat of the St. Thomas congregation. Besides presenting at the local Ladies Retreat, she has presented at the Puerto Rico Ladies Retreat and participates in a call-in Ladies Devotion. She also writes articles to encourage the sisters for the St. Thomas congregation’s newsletter, The Pillar.
Sis. Dominique is married to Bro. Donny Dominique, and their union has produced two sons, Donnel and Micah. She is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism. She currently works at the Virgin Islands Legislature as the office manager for Senator Justin Harrigan, Sr.
Corey L. Glover was born in Hollywood, Florida. He obeyed the Gospel at the age of seven and preached his first gospel sermon at the age of thirteen. He graduated from Florida A & M University (FAMU) Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and later earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
After graduating from FAMU, he served as the first youth minister at the Hallandale Beach Church of Christ in South Florida and in 2002 succeeded Bro. Bernard Smith as the minister for the congregation. He is currently serving as the Director of the Florida Statewide Youth for Christ Conference and the Chairman of the South Florida Brotherhood of Churches of Christ.
In 2008, Corey was awarded the City of Hollywood’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Service Award. He is the Treasury Manager for Interval International in Miami and is also an adjunct professor at Barry University. Bro. Glover has authored a published book entitled “Jesus Saves and I’m Not Him: Helping Others without Hurting Yourself.”
On August 18th, 2001 Corey married the former Maritza Riviere. Together they have a son, Graeson.
Rusty currently serves as a National Conference Presenter at Logos Bible Software. He has over twelve years of experience as a minister of the Gospel and has helped start several churches and ministries. He had a successful business career for over 10 years working at the largest corporation in the world at the time.
He has spoken at over 50 conferences each of the last few years. He has worked with Promise Keepers and Men at the Cross. Rusty also serves as vice-president for Aaron and Hur, where he consults with churches on men’s ministry. He has written several Bible studies and is the author of the book In the Hands of God.
Rusty earned a BS from Abilene Christian University and an MDiv from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and Julie, his wife of 25 years, have two daughters—Kelsey and Bailey.
